Growing Your Clients

Introduction

It's hard to grow your clinic without growing your clients! The BOS platform allows you to fully understand how many unique clients are currently getting serviced by your business! Keep an eye on your attrition and prevent clients from leaving unhappy! Understand how many additional clients are coming in and what services are attracting them. Check out below for the relationship between these integral numbers. 

How to see the data

1. Jump over to the "Mega" report

2. Click on "Unique Clients" custom view to remove the noise of other data

3. Simply compare "Unique Clients" numbers across time periods

4. For a greater deep dive, use categories to understand more about these clients

5. Like what location they are seeing us in

6. Note there are more "Unique Clients" if totalling the categories. This is Simply because 1 unique client can be seen in more then one location.

7. If you appreciate a pretty graph trend, click the quick graph buttons beside any row or category breakdown row.

8. The quick graph is a valuable tool to compare and contrast across categories and timelines

9. Client Growth is simply previous months Unique Clients + Net Additional Clients. Net Additional Clients = Additional Clients - Client Attrition

10. Additional Clients = All client's that have joined in that time period

11. Client Attrition are those who have left in that time period

12. To find out more about the unique client's working with you click on the number

13. Delve into the client's information, lifetime value, who is seeing who and much more.
