The BOS Subscription Adjustments

Timing of charges

• Tenants are charged a prorata amount for the remainder of the current month when first subscribing to The BOS.
• Tenants are charged the full monthly amount at the start of each month which covers the whole month.

Practitioner / Location charges

• Tenants on subscriptions other than Lite are charged per practitioner and location.
• Most plans have an included amount of practitioners and locations that aren't charged for.
• A few days before end-of-month these amounts are checked and if the tenant has more active locations or practitioners than they are currently licensed for then a warning email is sent to the tenant admin advising them to disable practitioners or locations otherwise subscription amounts will be adjusted to suit the increased number of licenses required. 
• If a tenant reduces the number of practitioners or locations then please log a support ticket at least 2 working days before end-of-month and we will adjust your subscription down.
