Episode of Care

An Episode of Care represents the time a patient spends with your company from the time they became a New Client until the next time they became a new client. 

For example, if a patient had an initial appointment with 5 subsequent visits over the next few months, then returned a year later for one visit they would have two episodes of care:

• EOC 1: The initial and 5 subsequent visits: six visits over a few months
• EOC 2: A single visit

The Episode of Care is related to the business, not an individual profession or practitioner so all visits are included regardless of profession or practitioner. However, you can filter the list of EOC attendances by profession or practitioner.

Episode of Care Appointments

Episodes of Care include all non-cancelled, non-dna attendances from past, present and future. It includes both invoiced and booked.
