Notifications

Introduction

Notifications are up there with the most powerful tools in The BOS. As simple as it seems to "let a user know something has happened" the power of doing so enables The BOS to influence behaviors on your behalf. 
Use the notifications function to email your team of an event so they don't even need to be logged into The BOS for them to gain insight and value. 

Setup

1. Click this icon

2. Click this My Profile

3. Click on "My Notifications"

4. Select the Org node that you want The BOS to pay attention to

5. Select All or Just mine (in this example new clients)

6. Select the notification to send each occurance in it's own notification or as a grouped notification

7. Click on "Only notify during work hours" or leave it to notify whenever The BOS recognises the event

8. Don't forget to save

9. Check out all the notification event options.
